Trimming may be required

Running boards will need to be removed to fit 295/55R20 on 20x9 with 5.75" BS.
Coil Spring is under extreme pressure.
Be sure to use the appropriate spring compressor for strut disassembly. Improper removal/installation of coil spring could result in serious injury or death.
Use only a high-quality spring compressor and carefully read and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
