Important Notes

• ATTN State of California Consumers warning: Cancer and Reproductive Harm
• If your truck has had the steering gear box changed and the sector shaft diameter measures ~1-1/2" to 1-5/8", you will need ZOND8404 also with your kit.
• This truck was produced using rear axles of differing diameters; measure the diameter of your rear axle to ensure proper kit selection in configuration.
• Although rare, if you experience front drive-line vibration, install the optional transfer case indexing ring.
• Factory wheels fit when paired with factory / original equipment tire size.
• This kit is not designed for dually models, but may be easily adapted to accommodate your truck. Please contact customer support for assistance.
• Gas models may require modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe on the driver side when using the transfer case indexing ring.
• Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift drive-line angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration.
• Adding larger-than-stock wheels? Add front bumper spacers to your kit for additional clearance as some wheel/tire combos may not fully clear the bumper's stock location.
