This 4" Superlift'suspension system is built around massive American Made Leaf Springs. The leaf springs multi-leaf design provides a great ride while maintaining heavy-duty nature of the Super Duty. These leafs have durable Poly spring bushings and Teflon inserts between each leaf to ensure a quiet and smooth ride. In addition, when the springs get loaded down, all of the leafs engage in a progressive nature and hold up to the added weight without sagging.
To make the steering function as well as the springs, and track bar relocation bracket are included. Finally, add in the Nitro shocks and this Superlift 4" kit offers one of the smoothest most controlled rides available for your Super Duty!
