The Rust Buster passenger side Leaf Spring Hanger Section helps to replace the the rear frame where the leaf spring secures, as well as strengthen the C-channel on your 98-03 Ranger truck hanger is not included. The EZ Slip design allows the repair section to slide onto the frame and will include all the factory needed holes and mounting locations.
