The 2010 Camaro was one of the most anticipated redesigns in the past couple of years. Once these modern muscle cars started to hit the streets, Pypes jumped at the chance to get Pypes hands on them. After hearing the stock sound Pypes decided to design Pypes own system to improve performance and sound.
We chose to add a Siamese x-pipe to Pypes system to balance the two sides of the exhaust and increase flow. Pypes replaced the stock resonators with a pair of Pypes M-80 mufflers. That allowed us to delete the massive stock mufflers all together and add a better quality tip.
Pypes Exhaust Systems are designed to deliver enhanced performance, provide extra punch in the passing lane and improve gas mileage. Fabricated using the highest quality materials, Pypes smooth, 16 gauge, mandrel-bent, 304 stainless steel pipe ensures maximum exhaust gas flow, which can significantly boost horsepower.
The stainless pipes and mufflers enable them to resist corrosion and extends the life of the system. Pypes M-80 mufflers are precision matched to deliver the ultimate in sound and performance. Polished 4.5 inch stainless Tips, 2.5 inch clamps and hangers are also included. These systems can be installed at home without any special tools.
