This replacement differential carrier kit fits 84-93 Cherokee XJ, 87-93 Wrangler YJ, 93-98 Grand Cherokee ZJ and 99-04 Grand Cherokee WJ with Dana 35 rear differentials. Kit includes carrier, spider gears, carrier bearings, and ring gear bolts. Carrier accepts gear ratios from 2.73 to 3.07. SPICER Brand. Replaces OE 75053X
