This replacement rear differential carrier kit fits 70-75 CJ5 and 86 CJ7 models equipped with Dana 44 rear differentials and Trac-Loc- for gear ratios from 3.92 to 5.38. Kit includes carrier, shims, ring gear bolts, cross shaft, RTV sealant and gasket. Replaces OE 8124414
