MaxTrac Suspension offers a 4.5" lift spindle for the 2002-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD platform. Made from a one-piece ductile iron cast design, it provides strength and durability with a bolt on application. The spindle is also e-coated for corrosion protection including extended DOT approved brake lines and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This kit also comes with 2.5 front lift coils and MaxTrac front shocks. To level the rear of the truck this kit includes 4" rear lift blocks, U-bolts & MaxTrac shocks.
