This Stage-2 sealed cold air intake system produces 23 hp and 25 lbs. x ft. torque and outflows the factory intake by 69%. Fully enclosed in a heat-shielding molded plastic housing; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. The housing features an auxiliary inlet duct for better airflow as well as an attractive black powder coated aluminum cover that provides ready access to the filter for servicing. This intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. The filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.
5-1/2" Conical Air Filter:
This intake utilizes a huge, 5-1/2" conical Pro 5R performance air filter for maximum flow. This 5-layer progressive, oiled cotton gauze air filter provides maximum flow for increased horsepower and torque.
Sealed Intake Design:
A completely sealed rotomold plastic housing with a black powder coated aluminum top keeps warm engine air out and allows for a cooler, fresher, denser air intake charge.
Auxiliary Air Scoop:
The sealed housing features an auxiliary air inlet scoop that allows for increased air volume into the intake for increased performance and improved throttle response.
Dyno Tuned Intake Tube:
The intake tube has been engineered and dyno tested for maximum air flow and velocity for increased performance. All emissions components and bracket locations are used for a hassle-free installation.
