Longer adjustable replacement Front Lower Control Arm Flex Links corrects caster angle. The inward offset bend improves tire clearance to maximize turning radius. Longer replacement Rear Upper Control Arm Flex Links correct rear drive shaft pinion angle.
Formed from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing, both pairs of links have pressed-in HD OEM style vulcanized rubber bushings at each end. The axle mount has pressed-in HD OEM style vulcanized rubber bushings and the upper frame mount has Rock Jock’s 2-1/2” forged Johnny Joints.
These Johnny Joints feature a smooth steel ball that pivots inside a proprietary urethane shell to provide over 30 degrees of unrestricted Flex movement in any direction. The high-density urethane bushings are very durable and the forged housing withstands torsional forces. Johnny Joints provides proven quiet, shock dampening articulation.
A replacement Front Adjustable Track Bar includes pressed-in HD OEM style rubber bushing and an adjustable 3/4-inch Heavy-Duty Rod End, Jam Nut and Alignment Bushings. A Rear Track Bar Lower Axle Mount Bracket re-centers rear axle and restores OEM handling.
Front and Rear Extended Length Sway Bar End Links allow full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). Front sway bar end links include Skyjacker installed pressed-in HD OEM style rubber bushings. The Rear Links Include Press-In Polyurethane Bushings. Both are Zinc Plated for Corrosion Protection.
Front and Rear Bump Stop Spacers bolt onto the axle bump pads and keep the suspension travel safely in check. A pair of D.O.T. Certified Extended Length Stainless Steel Braided Rear Brake Lines are included. Complete with Bushings and High-Grade Mounting Hardware.
