Hellwig 7746 Front Sway Bar

Hellwig developed a new C10 front sway bar which is now available. This bar removes the D-shaped polyurethane bushings on the factory control arms and adds an end link. The new design performs better, is easier to install and allows a few quick changes to switch between stock height and lowered vehicles. The sway bar is made from 1.25” solid, heat treated, chromoly steel and includes all the brackets necessary to install it. The large diameter sway bar helps the vehicle handle better and decreases body roll for a better experience whether it is being used as a daily driver, work truck or at the track. The kit fits any C10, whether they came new with or without a factory front sway bar.
