Designed for 2015-2021 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 4WD vans, this heavy-duty auxiliary shock kit is ideal for vehicles that have been upfitted for overlanding or regularly carry additional cargo weight. When factory struts and shocks reach their limits, this system provides added damping capacity to improve stability, control, and overall ride quality.
The front auxiliary shock mounts are constructed from heavy-duty 1/4" thick steel and are engineered to attach directly to the suspension subframe rather than the unibody. This mounting method is significantly stronger and more effective than unibody-mounted designs, helping to isolate road noise while eliminating unnecessary stress on the vehicle’s body structure. Installation is straightforward, requiring only two holes to be drilled, with no interior removal needed, and can typically be completed in 1-2 hours.
