• Steering Knuckles: Extended length ductile iron steering knuckles retain near stock track width to keep tires under the fenders while maintaining full electronic stability control functionality.
• Skid Plate: Heavy duty front differential skid plate constructed from 1/4" thick steel protects the differential housing from offroad impacts.
• Differential Mounts: Integrated differential mounts on the crossmembers properly reposition the front differential to maintain correct CV and driveshaft angles throughout the full suspension and steering travel range.
• Front Dirt Logic 2.5 Resi Coilovers: Built with 2.5" stainless steel bodies and 7/8" NitroSteel piston rods for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. Cold wound coil springs provide proper load capacity, while the remote aluminum reservoirs dissipate heat for consistent damping during aggressive offroad driving.
• Bump Stop Brackets: Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel front bump stop brackets utilize urethane bump pads to control suspension compression. Factory rear bump stops are relocated using thick wall tubular brackets to accommodate the increased ride height.
• Brake Line Brackets: Factory front and rear brake lines are repositioned on the frame to accommodate increased suspension travel without opening the brake system, keeping the factory hydraulic system sealed.
• Tie Rod Ends: Heavy duty tie rod ends replace factory units to provide increased steering strength for vehicles equipped with oversized tires.
• Front Sway Bar Brackets and Links: 1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar for the increased ride height. Billet sway bar links with heim ends allow full suspension cycling without binding.
• Rear Coil Spring Spacers: Thick wall tubular spacers retain factory coil springs for a smooth ride and include integrated side supports to manage coil side load throughout suspension travel.
• Control Link Arms: Heavy duty tubular control link arms replace factory arms to properly center the rear axle and maintain correct pinion angle at the new ride height.
• Track Bar Bracket: 1/4" thick steel rear track bar relocation bracket with integrated side support gusset eliminates side load deflection and ensures proper rear axle tracking.
