• Crossmembers: 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance and feature four adjustable alignment cams for a wide range of alignment correction. The fully welded box design adds exceptional strength to the front suspension.
• Steering Knuckles: Extended length ductile iron steering knuckles retain near-stock track width to keep tires under the fenders and are engineered to maintain proper Toyota electronic stability control functionality at all speeds.
• Skid Plate: Heavy duty front differential skid plate constructed from 1/4" thick steel protects the differential housing from offroad impacts and trail obstacles.
• Differential Mounts: Integrated differential mounts on the crossmembers properly reposition the front differential to maintain correct CV and driveshaft angles throughout the entire steering and suspension travel range.
• Front Coilover Spacers: Heavy duty lift spacers constructed from thick wall tubing and 1/4" thick steel plate retain the factory coilover shocks to maintain a smooth, stock ride quality.
• Bump Stop Brackets: Stout 1/4" thick steel front bump stop brackets utilize urethane bump pads to control suspension compression. Factory rear bump stops are relocated using thick wall tubular brackets to match the new ride height.
• Brake Line Brackets: Factory front and rear brake lines are repositioned on the frame to accommodate the increased suspension travel without opening the hydraulic system, keeping the factory brake system sealed.
• Tie Rod Ends: Heavy duty tie rod ends replace the factory components to provide increased steering strength and durability when running oversized tires.
• Front Sway Bar Brackets and Links: 1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar for the increased ride height. Heavy duty billet sway bar links with heim ends allow full suspension cycling without binding.
• Rear Coil Spring Spacers: Thick wall tubular spacers retain the factory rear coil springs for a smooth ride and include integrated side supports to manage coil side load throughout suspension travel.
• Control Link Arms: Heavy duty tubular control link arms replace the factory units to keep the rear axle centered in the fenderwell and maintain proper pinion angle at the new ride height.
• Track Bar Bracket: 1/4" thick steel rear track bar relocation bracket with an integrated side support gusset eliminates side load deflection and ensures proper rear axle tracking.
• Rear Sway Bar Links: Extended length rear sway bar links with urethane bushings maintain correct sway bar geometry with the increased ride height.
