This suspension system for the Toyota Tundra is engineered with extended length ductile iron steering knuckles that are designed to operate within the factory steering geometry. This optimized geometry maintains proper turning radius and predictable handling when running oversized tires and wheels.
The factory lower control arms are relocated using high arched 1/4" thick steel crossmembers that provide increased ground clearance and incorporate an integrated front differential skid plate for added drivetrain protection against offroad obstacles.
The factory front sway bar is retained and repositioned using sway bar drop brackets to maintain proper suspension geometry at the increased ride height. Front suspension performance is handled by Fabtech Dirt Logic 2.5 remote reservoir coilovers, delivering excellent damping control for aggressive offroad use while maintaining a comfortable highway ride.
Rear lift is achieved using a 3" rear block and u-bolt system, providing proper rear ride height while retaining factory load carrying capacity and balanced suspension performance.
