Designed for the 2016-2021 Toyota Tundra 2WD/4WD, this 4-inch suspension system takes advantage of the Tundra’s large wheel well openings to allow the use of 35-inch tall tires with minimal lift height. This updated suspension design delivers improved performance with fewer components while remaining cost-effective.
The system includes replacement upper control arms constructed with .120-inch wall DOM tubing and equipped with heavy-duty extended-range ball joints. This setup provides added strength, durability, and improved front suspension performance.
Heavy-duty extended-length steering knuckles are included to ensure proper functionality of the factory Electronic Stability Control (ESC) when running 35-inch tall tires. These knuckles retain the factory track width, keeping the tires properly positioned under the front fenders.
The front differential is relocated to maintain proper CV axle angles throughout the full range of suspension travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift is achieved using a 1-inch lift block and U-bolt system to level the vehicle’s stance.
