This Trail system with Dirt Logic 2.5 coilovers is engineered to significantly enhance suspension performance across a wide range of off highway driving conditions, including rock crawling, aggressive trail use, and overland expeditions. For everyday driving, the system is carefully tuned with rear dual rate coil springs and precision shock valving to deliver a smooth, controlled, and highly compliant on-road ride.

Designed as a complete short arm suspension, this system utilizes the factory control arm mounting locations for a clean, straightforward installation. Fabtech’s heavy duty link arms are constructed from massive 1.75" OD, .250" thick wall steel tubing that is guaranteed not to bend under extreme use. These arms feature large polyurethane bushings on one end and internal threads on the other to accept Fabtech’s legendary 5 Ton Joint, providing exceptional strength, long service life, and quiet operation both on and off the road.

The coilover conversion incorporates robust 1/4" thick steel bracketry that securely mounts to the factory coil spring buckets and frame, creating a stout foundation for the Dirt Logic coilovers. The Dirt Logic 2.5 coilovers feature an all stainless steel body for maximum corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Compared to a traditional coil spring and shock setup, these coilovers deliver a dramatic improvement in ride quality, suspension control, and offroad capability, making this one of the most impactful upgrades available for the Jeep Gladiator.

To ensure proper steering geometry at the increased ride height, the system includes a Draglink Flip System paired with a heavy duty front track bar bracket. This setup repositions the steering components to the factory operating plane, allowing full suspension articulation without binding while eliminating bump steer in extreme conditions.

The factory draglink-to-pitman arm angle is retained, preventing additional side load on the steering box sector shaft. This design not only maintains predictable steering feel but also helps extend the life of critical steering components.

A reinforced rear track bar bracket with integrated side support maintains proper axle centering and preserves the factory roll center. Front and rear bump stop extensions are included to prevent suspension over cycling and protect steering and suspension components at full compression.

  • DUAL RATE LONG TRAVEL COIL SPRINGS:As a true dual rate coil, the first stage of the coil allows the spring to respond to small bumps for a very complaint ride at lower speeds. As the spring travels further, the rate increases to absorb larger impacts and support additional cargo of the vehicle.
  • These springs are the best on the market for all around driving while providing increased suspension travel for offroad use.
  • DRAGLINK FLIP SYSTEM: A heavy duty draglink is relocated on the steering knuckle to retain the factory steering geometry with the stock pitman arm. It provides bind free operation at full articulation and eliminates bump steer throughout the travel. It does not increase load on the steering box like a dropped pitman arm can.
  • FRONT TRACK BAR BRACKET: To work in conjunction with the Draglink Flip System, the front Track Bar is relocated to the proper operating plane with a 1/4″ thick steel bracket that bolts to the axle housing for a lifetime of trouble free use.
  • REAR TRACK BAR BRACKET: A bolt on 1/4″ thick steel bracket is built to eliminate mount deflection when the track bar moves through its full cycle. It relocates the factory track bar to retain the important factory roll center.
  • BUMP STOP EXTENSIONS: Front and rear bump stop extensions keep the suspension from over cycling with the increased ride height preventing damage to steering and suspension parts. The extensions utilize the factory closed cell cushions for a progressive stop at the end of the suspension travel.
  • SWAY BAR LINKS: The extended length front and rear sway bar links with urethane bushings reposition the bars to work within the factory operating planes. These links are provided to eliminate the sway bar from going over center and creating link bind at full extension travel.
  • DIRT LOGIC SHOCKS: Constructed of a stainless steel body with a NitroSteel® piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. Dirt Logic shocks have a superior ride quality both on and offroad with excellent damping for offroad use.
