This Trail Lift Kit with Dirt Logic 2.5 coilovers is engineered to significantly enhance suspension performance for a wide range of off-highway driving conditions, including rock crawling, aggressive trail use, and overland expeditions. At the same time, it delivers a refined and controlled on-road ride suitable for daily driving.

The system is a complete short arm suspension that utilizes the factory lower control arm mounting points for a straightforward, bolt-on installation. Fabtech heavy duty lower link arms are constructed from thick wall steel tubing and are guaranteed not to bend under extreme offroad abuse. These arms feature large polyurethane bushings on one end and internal threads on the other to accept Fabtech’s proven 5 Ton Joint®, providing long service life with smooth, quiet operation.

The front coilover conversion uses heavy duty 1/4″ thick steel bracketry that securely mounts to the factory coil spring bucket and frame, creating a strong and stable foundation for the Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers. These coilovers feature an all stainless steel body for unmatched corrosion resistance. Compared to a traditional coil spring and shock setup, the Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers deliver a substantial improvement in ride quality, handling control, and offroad damping performance.

To maintain proper steering geometry with the increased ride height, the system includes a Draglink Flip Kit along with a heavy duty front Track Bar bracket. This combination relocates the steering and track bar to their correct operating planes, allowing full suspension articulation without binding while eliminating bump steer.

At the rear, a heavy duty Track Bar bracket recenters the axle under the vehicle and helps retain the factory roll center for predictable handling and stability. Front and rear bump stop extensions are included to prevent suspension over-travel and protect steering and suspension components during aggressive offroad use.

Rear Dirt Logic 2.25 Shock

Dirt Logic 2.25’s are designed to replace factory shocks with a larger, more robust configuration. The 2.25 size is what separates it from other replacement take apart shocks for a superior ride, both on and off road. Shocks are pretuned for each Fabtech suspension, accounting for larger tires, providing the finest all around damping.
