Fabtech heavy duty lower link arms are built from 1.75″ OD, .250″ thick wall steel tubing and are guaranteed not to bend under extreme offroad conditions. These arms combine durable polyurethane bushings with Fabtech’s proven 5 Ton Joint® technology to deliver excellent articulation, long service life, and quiet on-road performance.
Fabtech’s corner-specific long travel dual rate coil springs are designed specifically for the Jeep JL platform to maintain a level stance from side to side while increasing suspension travel. The initial spring rate provides a soft, compliant ride over small bumps and uneven surfaces, while the secondary rate is engineered to handle vehicle payload and absorb larger impacts during higher-speed offroad driving.
Steering geometry is corrected with a heavy duty draglink flip system and reinforced track bar brackets, allowing the steering components to operate within the factory plane. This design ensures full articulation without binding, eliminates bump steer, and avoids adding stress to the steering box. Rear suspension geometry is also addressed to maintain the factory roll center while keeping the axle properly centered through the full range of suspension travel.
