A key element of the Crawler system is its optimized Link Arm geometry and ground clearance. Fabtech precisely designed the link arm positions to provide superior handling throughout the entire travel range. The front link arms mount to a full-width crossmember that adds structural strength to the Gladiator frame while maintaining proper geometry for hard off-road use. Adjustable rear links utilize the factory frame and axle brackets for easier installation.
Massive 2″ OD .313″ wall Link Arms paired with Fabtech’s 5 Ton Joints® deliver unmatched durability and smooth articulation. Corner-specific dual rate coil springs offer improved small-bump compliance while retaining factory load capacity. Additional upgrades—including the draglink flip system, heavy duty shock mounts, track bar brackets, bump stop extensions, and extended sway bar links—ensure proper suspension function, articulation, and steering precision.
