This suspension system for the 2018–2025 Jeep JL 4WD (4-door) features Dual Rate coil springs engineered to deliver long-travel off-road capability while maintaining a smooth and controlled ride on the highway.
The first stage of the Dual Rate spring provides a soft, comfortable ride with the ability to extend for increased suspension travel. As load or speed increases, the second stage engages to support the vehicle’s payload and absorb larger impacts effectively.
Corner-specific Dual Rate springs ensure the Jeep remains level from side to side while maximizing overall suspension articulation for improved off-road performance.
Four bump stop extensions integrate seamlessly with the factory bump stops to provide proper cushioning at full compression. This design prevents over-cycling of the suspension and driveline while maintaining stock down-travel characteristics.
Extended-length front and rear sway bar links with durable urethane bushings reposition the bars to operate within correct factory geometry. This prevents the sway bar from going over-center and eliminates binding at full extension.
A heavy-duty rear track bar bracket re-centers the axle and preserves the factory roll center, ensuring stability and predictable handling at the increased ride height.
