Designed for the 2018–25 Jeep JL 4WD (4-Door), the Sport System features Dual Rate coil springs engineered to deliver long-travel off-road performance while maintaining a smooth and controlled highway ride. This spring design allows the suspension to perform effectively across varying terrains and speeds.
The first stage of the Dual Rate spring provides a soft, compliant ride with the ability to extend for additional suspension travel. The second stage is tuned to support vehicle payload and absorb larger impacts at higher speeds. Each coil spring is corner-specific to the JL, maintaining proper side-to-side leveling and ensuring full suspension articulation.
The system includes four bump stop extensions that work directly with the factory bump stops to provide cushioning at full compression. These extensions also maintain proper down-travel limits to prevent over-cycling of the suspension and driveline.
Extended-length front and rear sway bar links with urethane bushings reposition the sway bars to operate within correct geometry. By increasing link length, the system prevents the sway bar from going over center and binding during full extension.
A heavy-duty rear track bar bracket re-centers the rear axle while maintaining the factory roll center, ensuring proper handling and stability with the increased ride height.
