Fabtech’s complete lift system for the 2019–24 Ram 2500 4WD enhances the factory suspension design with their signature heavy duty Radius Arms and advanced coil spring technology. The tubular Radius Arms feature Fabtech’s recognizable dimple die side plates for superior strength, along with built-in caster correction ideal for oversized tires and lifted applications. These Arms are engineered to maintain full steering radius, even with wider tires, while offering additional caster adjustability through integrated alignment cams.
To address the Ram’s factory coil spring bow and harsh, high-rate ride quality, Fabtech incorporates a patented angular spring mount that allows the use of a straight coil spring design. This eliminates the factory bow, enabling a softer spring rate while retaining full load-carrying capacity. The result is a significantly smoother and more controlled ride. In the rear, a dual-rate coil spring provides an optimal balance between highway comfort and heavy-load capability, maintaining factory functionality while improving ride characteristics.
The system includes 1/4″ thick steel track bar drop brackets to properly center both axles at the new ride height, ensures suspension durability with heavy duty bump stop extensions, and improves handling through sway bar link and brake line bracket upgrades. Extended-length Stealth Shocks further enhance highway comfort and off-road performance.
