Fabtech’s Radius Arm lift system for the 2019–24 Ram 2500 4WD enhances the factory suspension by integrating their signature tubular Radius Arms with dimple die side plates for superior strength and improved caster. These rugged arms are designed to support oversized tires and increased ride heights while maintaining reliable handling.
The factory Ram coil springs feature a noticeable bow and high spring rate, creating a harsh and unsettled ride. Fabtech corrects this by using straight vertical coil springs combined with patented angular lower spring mounts that attach to the stock spring seat. This eliminates spring bow and allows a lower spring rate for a smoother, more controlled ride without sacrificing load capacity.
Rear suspension performance is improved through a dual rate coil spring design. The initial rate delivers a compliant ride on the highway, while the second rate supports heavier loads when needed. Heavy duty 1/4″ thick front and rear Track Bar drop brackets re-center both axles at the new lift height for precise tracking.
Fabtech further enhances durability with heavy duty front bump stop extensions that retain the factory progressive cushions and prevent suspension over-travel—superior to long urethane bump stops that may shift or deform under harsh use.
Radius Arm: Tubular arms with dimple die plates for superior strength. Offset design maintains full turning radius with wide tires. Built-in caster for lifted applications, with adjustable cams offering an additional 1.5–2 degrees of correction.
Front Coil Springs and Spring Seats: Patented angular mounts allow installation of straight coil springs, reducing factory spring rate and improving ride quality without reducing payload capability. Provides an additional 2″ of travel when paired with Fabtech shocks.
Rear Coil Springs: Dual rate design offers a smooth initial compression for comfort while the secondary rate manages heavy load conditions.
Track Bar Brackets – Front and Rear: 1/4″ thick steel brackets reposition the factory track bars to properly center the axles. Box-style construction minimizes deflection throughout the suspension cycle.
Dropped Pitman Arm: Forged high-strength steel arm designed specifically for the Ram, ensuring proper steering geometry when paired with Fabtech’s Track Bar bracket.
Bump Stop Brackets – Front and Rear: Heavy duty 1/4″ steel brackets prevent over-cycling and withstand full compression impacts.
Sway Bar Links: Extended length links cycle smoothly through increased suspension travel without binding.
Brake Line Brackets: Reposition factory brake lines to maintain correct slack and travel without opening the hydraulic system.
