Fabtech’s Radius Arm lift system for the 2019–24 Ram 2500 4WD improves on the factory suspension design by integrating their signature tubular Radius Arms with dimple die side plates for superior strength and added caster. These heavy duty arms provide improved handling when running oversized tires or lifted ride heights.
The factory Ram coil spring has a pronounced bow with an overly high spring rate, resulting in a harsh and unsettled ride. Fabtech resolves this with a straight vertical coil spring design supported by a patented angular lower spring mount. This eliminates spring bow, reduces spring rate, and delivers a smoother ride without compromising load capacity—an exclusive Fabtech advantage.
Rear suspension performance is enhanced with dual-rate coil springs. The initial rate offers a compliant highway ride, while the secondary rate manages heavier loads effectively. Heavy duty 1/4″ thick front and rear Track Bar drop brackets re-center both axles at the new ride height, and Fabtech’s steel front bump stop extensions maintain progressive damping without risking over-travel.
Radius Arm: Tubular construction with dimple die plates for superior strength. Offset design maintains full turning radius with wider tires. Built-in caster increase plus additional adjustment via alignment cams.
Front Coil Springs and Spring Seats: Patented angular mounts allow straight-coil installation, reducing factory spring rate while retaining load capacity. Provides 2″ additional travel when paired with Fabtech shocks.
Rear Coil Springs: Dual-rate design supplies a smooth ride in the first stage and heavy-load support in the second stage.
Track Bar Brackets – Front and Rear: 1/4″ thick steel brackets reposition factory track bars to center the axles. Box-style construction prevents flex through the full suspension cycle.
Dropped Pitman Arm: Forged high-strength steel design engineered to function with the factory drag link and Fabtech Track Bar bracket for proper steering geometry.
Bump Stop Brackets – Front and Rear: Heavy duty 1/4″ steel brackets prevent over-cycling and withstand full-compression impacts.
Sway Bar Links: Extended links cycle properly through the increased ride height without binding.
Brake Line Brackets: Reposition brake lines for the new suspension travel range without opening the hydraulic system.
Performance Rear Shocks: Extended-length twin-tube shocks offer comfortable highway manners with the ability to handle offroad terrain.
