This high quality 5″ lift system for the 2019–24 Ram 2500 4WD is engineered to maintain the factory load-carrying capacity and preserve the original ride characteristics with minimal component changes. The factory Ram radius arms are repositioned using heavy duty 1/4″ thick steel brackets to achieve proper caster at the new ride height. Front and rear 1/4″ thick steel Track Bar drop brackets recenter the axles under the vehicle to ensure correct tracking and stability.
The system retains the stock front coil springs using precision-engineered angular steel spacers that maintain Chrysler’s intentional factory spring bow—an important feature for correct alignment and ride quality that flat spacers cannot replicate. Rear coil springs are also retained with steel spacers, ensuring the Ram’s full load capacity remains intact.
A key Fabtech innovation in this lift kit is the heavy duty front bump stop extensions. These steel extensions preserve the factory bump stop cushions for progressive impact control and prevent the suspension from over-cycling. This design is superior to long urethane bump stops, which can shift or push out under harsh use and allow unwanted over-travel of the suspension.

Forged steel construction with high strength material that exceeds the factory specifications. Designed specifically for the Ram to work in conjunction with the factory drag link and Fabtech’s Track Bar bracket for proper steering functionality.
Bump Stop Brackets – Front and Rear
Heavy duty 1/4″ thick steel brackets control the travel eliminating over cycling of the suspension. Super strong construction can handle the full compression impact of the Ram 2500.

Extended length sway bar links replace factory links and cycle without binding throughout the increased ride height.
