This 2019–23 Ram 1500 4WD suspension system is an excellent choice for owners who want to retain the factory ride quality while upgrading to larger wheels and tires. The design utilizes heavy duty bolt-on bracketry to relocate the factory suspension components, ensuring long-term durability and trouble-free performance.
Fabtech’s proven IFS technology is incorporated with extended length ductile iron steering knuckles to maintain proper operation of the factory electronic stability control. The system also includes 1/4″ thick steel lower control arm crossmembers for increased ground clearance, along with an integrated front differential skid plate that provides added protection to critical drivetrain components. Rear lift is achieved through steel coil spring spacers that retain the factory coil springs, preserving load-carrying capacity and delivering a smooth highway ride.
The Performance system enhances ride control with Fabtech’s stainless steel Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilover shocks, offering outstanding damping performance and a premium on-road feel. Complementing the front coilovers, the Dirt Logic 2.25 rear shocks provide balanced handling and excellent offroad stability.
CROSSMEMBERS
1/4″ thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance. Four adjustable alignment cams provide a wide range of adjustment. The fully welded box design of these crossmembers provides additional strength to the front suspension.
STEERING KNUCKLES
Extended length ductile iron steering knuckles retain near stock track width keeping the tires under the fenders. These steering knuckles are designed to work in conjunction with the factory ESC for proper functionality at all speeds.
FRONT DIRT LOGIC 2.5 Resi COILOVERS
Constructed of a stainless steel body and NitroSteel® piston rod these 6″ lift Coilovers are the finest quality on the market. They feature aluminum remote reservoirs to help dissipate heat and reduce shock fade. Extensive ride work was performed to ensure a superior ride on and offroad. Outstanding damping for offroad.
SKID PLATE
A heavy duty front differential skid plate is constructed of 1/4″ thick steel to protect the diff from offroad obstacles.
DIFFERENTIAL MOUNTS
Integrated differential mounts on the crossmembers properly reposition the front diff for the precise CV and driveshaft angle throughout the entire steering and suspension travel range.
SWAY BAR BRACKETS
Heavy duty drop brackets retain the factory link ends at the correct angle for a positive road feel without creating binding at full droop.
REAR COIL SPRING SPACERS
Steel rear spring spacers utilize the factory coil springs retaining the stock load carrying capacity and ride comfort.
REAR TRACK BAR BRACKET
The bolt on relocation bracket re-centers the rear axle for the new ride height while retaining the factory roll center of the vehicle.
