Designed for the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 4WD, this upper control arm suspension system is ideal for owners looking to increase ride height and run slightly larger tires than factory while maintaining a stock-like ride quality. The system provides additional wheel travel with no suspension bind at full droop.
Front lift is achieved using durable steel spacers that retain the factory coilover shocks, preserving factory ride comfort and handling characteristics. This setup delivers increased ground clearance without sacrificing everyday drivability.
Fabtech’s tubular upper control arms correct the front suspension geometry at the increased ride height to allow proper alignment. Heavy-duty extended-range ball joints provide increased suspension travel and eliminate binding during articulation. The system is engineered to maintain proper CV axle angles and plunge, eliminating the need to relocate the front differential.
Included in this system is Fabtech’s offset intrusion beam kit, which allows the use of 33-inch tires while retaining critical front collision safety components. The factory intrusion beams located in the front fender wells limit tire size, so Fabtech replaces them with heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick steel offset beams featuring a welded box design for maximum strength. This design allows full steering with 33x12.50R tires on 5-inch backspace wheels.
Rear lift is completed using 1.5-inch lift blocks and U-bolts, providing a level stance and improved overall clearance.
