Fabtech’s 4 Link Conversion System for the Ford Super Duty is engineered to deliver improved on-road stability while providing the strength and articulation required for extreme off-road use. This premium system is a complete bolt-on replacement for the factory Radius Arm suspension and includes all necessary components to convert the front suspension to a true 4 Link design.

The advanced 4 Link geometry significantly reduces caster change throughout the suspension travel, resulting in improved highway handling and predictable steering. Off-road, the system offers increased articulation compared to a traditional Radius Arm setup, allowing the vehicle to maintain traction and control across rugged terrain at any speed.

This system includes the massive Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Conversion, delivering exceptional damping performance for aggressive off-road conditions while maintaining a smooth and controlled highway ride. The coilovers bolt directly into the factory coil spring location without requiring removal of the coil spring bucket, ensuring a clean and efficient installation.

The Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilovers feature a giant 4-inch diameter aluminum remote reservoir mounted horizontally above the coilover, allowing full compression travel when running oversized tires. As the largest and most robust coilover available for the Ford Super Duty platform, this setup is designed to withstand the harshest driving environments.

Fabtech’s 4 Link System has been proven through more than 10 years of service in military applications, validating its strength, durability, and performance. Precision-engineered suspension geometry combined with premium materials makes this system the pinnacle of Super Duty suspension upgrades. A free 5-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty is included.

  • Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Conversion: Heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick steel brackets utilize the factory coil bucket to mount the massive Dirt Logic 4.0 coilovers. Features a 4-inch diameter stainless steel body with a 1.25-inch NitroSteel piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. Coil springs support the vehicle while providing 2 inches of increased wheel travel, and the remote aluminum reservoir dissipates heat for consistent damping during high-speed off-road use.
  • Track Bar Relocation Bracket: 1/4-inch thick steel bracket repositions the factory track bar to properly center the front axle at the increased ride height. Box-style construction minimizes deflection throughout the full suspension cycle.
  • Dropped Pitman Arm: Forged steel construction exceeds factory strength specifications and is designed to work with the factory drag link and Fabtech track bar bracket to maintain proper steering geometry and consistent response.
  • Front Bump Stop Brackets: Heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick steel brackets extend the factory bump stops to prevent suspension over-cycling. Semi-boxed construction is engineered to withstand full compression impacts of the Super Duty platform.
  • Sway Bar Brackets: 1/4-inch thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar to allow full suspension travel without binding at the increased ride height.
  • Brake Line Brackets: Reposition the factory brake lines lower on the frame to accommodate increased suspension travel while keeping the brake system sealed and intact.
  • Steering Stabilizer Brackets: Retain the factory heavy-duty steering stabilizer using reinforced steel brackets and support braces to help reduce tire shimmy and steering feedback.
  • Driveshaft Shim Kit: Allows incremental rear driveline angle adjustment at the carrier bearing on two-piece driveshaft applications to eliminate vibration caused by increased ride height.
  • Rear Leaf Springs: Manufactured from high-quality Canadian spring steel, this 4-leaf pack includes a bottom overload leaf to support heavy cargo while maintaining excellent flexibility. Each leaf features tip liners to reduce friction and vulcanized spring eye bushings for a smooth, quiet ride.
  • Rear Sway Bar Brackets: Reposition the rear sway bar end links to maintain proper sway bar function and prevent binding at the new ride height.

REAR DIRT LOGIC 2.25 SHOCK

Dirt Logic 2.25’s are designed to replace factory shocks with a larger, more robust configuration. The 2.25 size is what separates it from other replacement take apart shocks for a superior ride, both on and off road. Shocks are pretuned for each Fabtech suspension, accounting for larger tires, providing the finest all around damping.
