Adjustable alignment cams provide an additional 1.5-2 degrees of caster adjustment, while Fabtech’s proprietary 5 Ton Joints at the frame pivot ensure quiet operation and long service life proven in military applications.
• Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Conversion: Heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick steel brackets utilize the factory coil bucket to mount the massive Dirt Logic 4.0 coilover. Features a 4-inch diameter stainless steel body with a 1.25-inch NitroSteel piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. Coil springs support the weight of the Super Duty while providing 2 inches of increased wheel travel, and the remote aluminum reservoir dissipates heat for consistent damping in extreme off-road conditions.
• Track Bar Relocation Bracket: 1/4-inch thick steel bracket repositions the factory track bar to properly center the front axle at the increased ride height. Box-style construction minimizes deflection throughout the suspension travel.
• Dropped Pitman Arm: Forged steel construction exceeds factory strength specifications and is engineered to work with the factory drag link and Fabtech track bar bracket to maintain proper steering geometry.
• Front Bump Stop Brackets: Heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick steel brackets extend the factory bump stops to prevent suspension over-cycling. Semi-boxed construction is designed to withstand full compression impacts of the Super Duty platform.
• Sway Bar Brackets: 1/4-inch thick steel drop brackets reposition the front sway bar to allow full suspension travel without binding at the increased ride height.
• Brake Line Brackets: Reposition the factory brake lines lower on the frame to accommodate increased suspension travel while keeping the brake system sealed and intact.
