Designed for 2017-2022 Ford F250 and F350 4WD models, Fabtech’s 8″ 4 Link Conversion System delivers maximum suspension performance for both on-road stability and extreme off-road capability. This premium system replaces the factory Radius Arm suspension with a heavy-duty 4 Link design, providing increased strength, improved suspension geometry, and enhanced articulation.
The 4 Link configuration significantly reduces caster change throughout the suspension travel range, resulting in improved highway manners and predictable handling. Off-road, the system delivers substantially more articulation than a traditional Radius Arm setup, allowing the Super Duty to traverse challenging terrain with greater control at all speeds.
Exclusive to this 8″ system is Fabtech’s extended length Track Bar, engineered specifically to address the hyper-sensitive steering characteristics of late-model Super Duty trucks. Fabtech is the only manufacturer offering this innovative solution, which restores proper steering geometry and dramatically improves steering performance with oversized tires.
The extended Track Bar is four inches longer than stock and mounts to a stout 1/4″ thick steel frame bracket offset to the driver side. This geometry keeps the Track Bar and Drag Link closer to parallel than factory angles, reducing steering push, bump steer, and tire shake. The design allows full lock steering with 15.50 wide tires on 4 3/4″ backspacing wheels.
