At the heart of this premium lift kit are Fabtech’s legendary tubular Radius Arms. Developed from extensive off-road racing experience, the tubular construction delivers exceptional durability while maintaining a smooth, compliant ride quality. The redesigned arms feature reinforced side plates and bold laser-cut Fabtech logos, giving the suspension a modern, aggressive appearance that stands out on and off the trail.
Exclusive to this 8″ system is Fabtech’s extended length Track Bar solution, specifically engineered to address the hyper-sensitive steering characteristics of late-model Super Duty trucks. Fabtech is the only manufacturer offering this innovative design, which dramatically improves steering performance when running oversized tires.
The extended Track Bar is four inches longer than stock and is paired with a heavy-duty 1/4″ thick steel frame bracket that is offset to the driver side. This geometry keeps the Track Bar and Drag Link closer to parallel than factory angles, reducing steering push, bump steer, and tire shake. The system allows full lock steering with 15.50 wide tires on 4 3/4″ backspacing wheels.
Rear lift is accomplished using a combination of a rear add-a-leaf and lift blocks to provide proper ride height while maintaining factory ride quality and load-carrying capacity. This suspension system delivers maximum performance, control, and durability for Super Duty owners who demand the best.
