Fabtech K2217M 6″ Suspension System With Stealth Shocks

Designed for 2017-2022 Ford F250 and F350 4WD models, this suspension system is an excellent solution for the budget-minded off-roader looking to improve ride height and overall stance while retaining factory suspension components.

This system utilizes the factory radius arms and pairs them with new heavy-duty frame brackets to provide added strength and proper suspension geometry at the lifted ride height. Front lift is achieved using Fabtech Performance Coil Springs that are engineered to deliver a comfortable ride both on-road and off-road.

Rear lift is accomplished with a block and u-bolt kit that maintains factory ride quality and load-carrying capability. To ensure proper steering and suspension alignment after lifting, the system also includes a track bar relocation bracket, pitman arm, and sway bar drop brackets.

This suspension package provides a balanced upgrade that improves ground clearance, vehicle stance, and off-road capability while remaining practical for daily driving and work use.
