For the 2015–20 Ford F150 4WD, these 6″ lift systems feature heavy-duty 1/4″ thick steel lower control arm crossmembers designed to deliver exceptional strength and durability. An integrated front differential skid plate further increases protection and reinforces the suspension’s ability to withstand the demands of larger tires both on and off road. Fabtech’s extended-length ductile iron steering knuckles allow the use of 18″, 20″, or 22″ wheels while maintaining proper steering geometry and handling.
The Basic System utilizes front coilover spacers that retain the factory Coilover shocks, preserving the stock ride quality while providing the necessary lift height. The rear suspension is equipped with Fabtech Stealth monotube shocks, offering enhanced damping performance and improved ride control.
