The 2008–2016 Ford F350 4WD and 2011–2013 Ford F450 4WD (8 lug) can be equipped with this budget-minded suspension system that retains the factory radius arms while upgrading to heavy-duty frame brackets for improved strength and durability.

Front lift is achieved using Fabtech Performance Coil Springs, providing enhanced ride quality and consistent suspension performance. The rear lift is supplied by a block and U-bolt kit for a stable, level stance.

The system also includes a track bar relocation bracket, Pitman arm, and sway bar brackets to maintain proper steering geometry and suspension alignment after lifting.
