The 2008–2016 Ford F350 4WD and 2011–2013 Ford F450 4WD (8 lug) can be upgraded with this budget-minded suspension system that retains the factory radius arms while adding heavy-duty frame brackets for increased strength.

Front lift is achieved using Fabtech Performance Coil Springs, providing improved ride quality and consistent suspension performance. Rear lift is supplied by a block and U-bolt kit for a stable and level stance.

The system also includes a track bar relocation bracket, Pitman arm, and sway bar brackets to maintain proper steering geometry and suspension alignment after lifting.
