The 2008–2016 Ford F250/F350 4WD and 2011–2013 Ford F450 4WD (8 lug) can be equipped with this budget-minded suspension system that retains the factory radius arms while adding heavy-duty frame brackets for increased strength.

Front lift is achieved using Fabtech Performance Coil Springs, providing improved ride quality and consistent suspension performance. Rear lift comes from replacement leaf springs for enhanced load support and a stable stance.

The system also includes a track bar relocation bracket, Pitman arm and sway bar brackets to maintain correct steering geometry and proper suspension alignment after lifting.

Stealth is the first all-black monotube shock absorber featuring an identifiable raised metal nameplate that signifies a premium quality ride at an affordable price. Built with a 46mm high-flow piston and vehicle-specific valving, Stealth shocks deliver excellent performance, especially with oversized tires. Each shock uses Nitrocarburized piston rods that offer superior durability and corrosion resistance compared to chrome rods, all finished in matte black for a complete blackout appearance.
