This premium suspension system represents the top tier of Fabtech’s Super Duty lineup, engineered to deliver maximum articulation, increased wheel travel, and exceptional strength for demanding off-road use. The advanced 4 Link design allows the front suspension to cycle smoothly through its travel range, improving traction, control, and ride quality on rough terrain.
Large diameter heavy wall 4 Links are built using 2" OD tubing and paired with race-style Uniballs to handle extreme loads and aggressive driving conditions. Thick 1/4" steel mounting brackets securely attach the 4 Link system to the frame without the need for cutting or welding, preserving structural integrity while simplifying installation.
Front lift is achieved using Fabtech replacement coil springs that provide consistent ride height and controlled suspension movement. Supporting components such as billet sway bar links, a track bar relocation bracket, and a drop pitman arm work together to maintain proper axle positioning, steering geometry, and predictable handling throughout suspension travel.
Rear lift is accomplished using a combination add-a-leaf system and lift blocks with U-bolts to level the vehicle while maintaining load capacity and ride stability. This complete system delivers superior off-road performance, improved durability, and confident handling in extreme conditions.
