This suspension system is designed to deliver increased ride height, improved strength, and corrected suspension geometry for confident on-road handling and off-road performance. Fabtech’s patented Radius Arm design forms the foundation of this system, providing durability and precise alignment control.
The full tubular Radius Arms are reinforced with dimple-die side plates for added rigidity and long-term strength. An adjustable alignment cam at the axle allows accurate caster correction after lifting, resulting in improved steering stability, reduced wander, and enhanced overall drivability.
Front lift is achieved using Fabtech coil springs that provide consistent height gain while maintaining a controlled, comfortable ride. Key components such as the track bar relocation bracket, drop pitman arm, and sway bar drop brackets work together to maintain proper axle positioning, steering geometry, and sway bar function throughout the full suspension travel.
Rear lift is accomplished using a combination add-a-leaf system and lift blocks with U-bolts to level the vehicle stance while preserving load-carrying capacity and ride quality. This complete system delivers balanced performance, increased ground clearance, and dependable strength for daily driving and demanding off-road use.
