This suspension system is designed to deliver increased ride height, improved strength, and precise suspension geometry for dependable on-road and off-road performance. At the core of the system are Fabtech’s patented Radius Arms, engineered to provide superior durability and alignment control.
The full tubular Radius Arms are reinforced with dimple-die side plates for added rigidity and strength. An adjustable alignment cam is integrated at the axle, allowing caster adjustment to properly dial in alignment after lifting, resulting in improved steering response, handling, and overall drivability.
Front lift is achieved using Fabtech replacement coil springs that provide consistent lift height with controlled ride characteristics. Supporting components such as the track bar relocation bracket, drop pitman arm, and sway bar drop brackets ensure correct axle positioning, steering geometry, and sway bar operation throughout the suspension travel.
Rear lift is accomplished using a combination add-a-leaf system and block with U-bolts to level the vehicle stance while maintaining load-carrying capacity and stable ride quality. This complete system offers a balanced suspension upgrade with increased ground clearance, strength, and reliable performance.
