This suspension system is designed to provide increased ride height, improved strength, and proper suspension geometry for reliable on-road and off-road performance. At the core of the system are Fabtech’s patented Radius Arms, engineered to enhance durability and alignment capability.
The full tubular Radius Arms are reinforced with dimple-die side plates for added rigidity and strength. An adjustable alignment cam is integrated at the axle, allowing caster adjustment to properly dial in alignment after lifting, resulting in improved steering response and overall drivability.
Front lift is achieved using Fabtech replacement coil springs that deliver consistent lift height with controlled ride characteristics. Supporting components such as the track bar relocation bracket, drop pitman arm, and sway bar drop brackets ensure correct axle positioning, steering geometry, and sway bar operation throughout the suspension travel.
Rear lift is accomplished using a block and U-bolt kit to level the vehicle stance while maintaining load-carrying capacity and stable ride quality. This complete system offers a balanced suspension upgrade with increased ground clearance, strength, and dependable performance.
