This high-quality 3.5" HD suspension lift kit is engineered for 2020-24 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD and GMC Sierra 3500HD 4WD models, providing increased ride height for running 35" tall tires with improved off-road capability. The system levels the vehicle front to rear, giving it a more aggressive and confident stance while maintaining stable on-road performance.
The factory upper control arms are replaced with Fabtech heavy-duty tubular ball joint upper control arms designed to handle the demands of heavy-duty use. These arms are constructed from 1.50" OD DOM steel tubing and feature oversized high-travel ball joints that are significantly larger than stock, delivering increased strength and durability for both on-road driving and off-road conditions.
Fabtech precisely sets the ball joint angle to allow full suspension travel without binding throughout the entire range of motion. Forged torsion bar keys replace the factory units, allowing additional ride height adjustment while working in conjunction with the upgraded upper control arms to maintain proper suspension geometry and alignment.
The rear suspension is leveled using 2" rear lift blocks and U-bolts, helping maintain ride quality and load-carrying capability. The system is completed with Fabtech Stealth shocks, featuring a sealed monotube design with a Nitrocarb piston rod for excellent corrosion resistance and protection against rock chipping. These shocks deliver a smooth highway ride with dependable off-road damping.
