The 2019–2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 4WD models come with a factory 2″ lift compared to standard GM 1500 trucks. Fabtech’s suspension system adds an additional 4″ of lift to these trucks, creating enough clearance for 35″ tall tires. Once equipped with Fabtech’s 4″ system, a Trail Boss or AT4 will sit at the same height as a standard 1500 running a full 6″ lift and 35″ tires.
The near-stock track width keeps the tires positioned under the fenders for a clean and proportional appearance. Fabtech’s proprietary steering knuckle geometry ensures excellent lock-to-lock turning radius, allowing the truck to maneuver easily in tight areas.
Heavy-duty 1/4″ thick steel crossmembers are designed with OE-style alignment cam pins that use the factory cams for simple and accurate alignment. Triple front differential mounts reposition the differential to maintain proper driveline angle and ensure vibration-free performance at high speeds.
The factory coilovers are replaced with stainless steel Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers, providing exceptional on-road comfort and aggressive off-road capability. Rear Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks deliver balanced damping characteristics front to rear.
Rear lift is achieved by removing the factory 2″ block and replacing it with a 5″ block and U-bolt system. Fabtech has engineered every aspect of the Trail Boss/AT4 suspension to maintain full suspension travel, proper steering geometry, and prevent over-cycling.
