The factory GM upper control arms are replaced with Fabtech heavy-duty tubular ball joint upper control arms, engineered for strength and durability. These arms are constructed from 1.50" OD DOM steel tubing and feature oversized high-travel ball joints that are significantly larger than stock, providing increased strength and reliability for both on-road and off-road use.
Fabtech precisely sets the ball joint angle to allow full suspension travel without binding throughout the entire range of motion. Forged torsion bar keys replace the factory units, allowing additional ride height adjustment and working in conjunction with the upgraded upper control arms to maintain proper suspension geometry.
