Designed specifically for owners of the 2019–24 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4, this lift kit provides additional ride height for improved tire clearance—perfect for running full-size 33/12.50R18 or 33/12.50R20 tires. These models come standard with a factory 2″ lift, and with the addition of Fabtech’s 1.5″ lift kit, the vehicle will sit at the equivalent height of a standard model equipped with a 3.5″ lift, allowing proper clearance for 33″ tall tires.
Ride height is achieved using a two-piece spacer system: an aluminum top spacer paired with a small preload spacer installed beneath the factory Coilover coil. This combination properly positions the Coilover to increase height without causing coil bind or overextending suspension travel—conditions that can lead to premature wear or damaged suspension components.
Fabtech’s tubular Upper Control Arms with heavy-duty ball joints correct front suspension geometry for the new ride height, ensuring proper alignment and stable handling. Due to the updated GM suspension design on 2019+ models, differential drop brackets are not required for proper CV axle operation.
Rear lift is achieved using 1″ blocks and U-bolts, though some owners may choose to omit the rear blocks if a level stance is preferred. The Performance rear shocks feature a twin-tube design that provides a smooth highway ride while delivering capable damping for off-road use.
