The 2019–24 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 4WD come equipped with a factory 2" lift, giving them a taller stance than other GM 1500 models. Fabtech’s 4" suspension system builds on this by adding an additional 4" of lift, providing proper clearance for 35" tall tires. After installation, the vehicle sits at the same overall height as a standard GM 1500 running a 6" suspension and 35" tires.
This system maintains near-stock track width, keeping the tires positioned neatly under the fenders for a clean appearance. Fabtech’s proprietary steering knuckle geometry enhances maneuverability by delivering an excellent lock-to-lock turning radius. Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel crossmembers with OE-style cam pins ensure strength and easy alignment adjustments, while triple front differential mounts maintain correct driveline angles for vibration-free operation at high speed.
Dirt Logic 2.5 stainless steel Coilovers replace the factory units to provide outstanding on- and off-road performance, complemented by Dirt Logic 2.25 rear shocks for balanced damping. Rear lift is achieved by replacing the factory 2" block with a 5" block and u-bolt system. Fabtech has engineered every aspect of this system to allow full suspension travel and complete steering range without over-cycling.
