For the 2019–24 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD, Fabtech’s Basic System incorporates their world-renowned IFS suspension design to deliver exceptional drivability both on and off road. The system achieves zero bump steer throughout the full suspension cycle, reducing driver fatigue and improving overall vehicle control and comfort.
A near-stock track width keeps the tires positioned cleanly under the fenders for a factory-like appearance. Fabtech’s proprietary steering knuckle geometry ensures an excellent lock-to-lock turning radius, making maneuvering in tight areas easier and more precise.
Heavy-duty 1/4″ thick steel crossmembers include OE-style alignment cam pins that utilize the factory cams for simple and accurate adjustment. Triple front differential mounts reposition the differential for proper CV and driveshaft angles, ensuring vibration-free performance even at higher speeds.
The factory coilover shocks are relocated from the lower mount to allow for full steering clearance while achieving a full 6″ of lift. Rear lift is provided by a 5″ block and U-bolt system, creating a balanced overall stance.
