The 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 2WD/4WD can be equipped with this 3.5" System, which provides a moderate lift—less than the 6" RTS™ System—while still allowing the use of 33" or 35" tires with trimming for both street and off-road applications.
This system features replacement upper control arms made from 1.50" OD, .120" wall DOM tubing for increased durability and improved suspension performance. These arms attach to heavy-duty Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles designed to maintain proper geometry. The factory torsion bars stay in their stock location and utilize new forged adjusting keys to achieve the correct lift without causing CV bind.
This configuration levels the vehicle by removing the factory nose-down rake while keeping the rear suspension unchanged. For those who prefer the original nose-down look, optional 1" rear block kits are available (2500HD Part # FTS21110) or (3500HD Part # FTS21111).
