The 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 2WD/4WD can be upgraded with this 3.5" System, which offers a moderate lift—less than the 6" RTS™ System—while still accommodating 33" or 35" tires with trimming for both street and off-road use.
This system features replacement upper control arms made from 1.50" OD, .120" wall DOM tubing for increased durability and improved suspension performance. These control arms attach to heavy-duty Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles engineered for correct suspension geometry. The factory torsion bars remain in their stock location and utilize new forged adjusting keys to achieve proper lift height without causing CV bind.
This setup levels the front of the vehicle by eliminating the factory nose-down rake while keeping the rear suspension unchanged. For customers who prefer the original nose-down stance, optional 1" rear block kits are available (2500HD Part # FTS21110) or (3500HD Part # FTS21111).
