This is Not a flip kit! Kits feature new knuckle castings with elevated steering arms - making them the highest High Steer solution available on the market!
Cast, 65-45-12 ductile iron knuckles replace the unreliable stock aluminum knuckles
Raises drag link and trac bar axle mounting points 2.75 in., correcting front end geometry to enhance stability, reduce body roll, and prevent bump steer
Preserves correct Ackermann geometry for safe and reliable on-road handling across all speeds and conditions, including highway driving, towing, and heavy loads
Lifts the tie rod by 2.75 in., elevating it above the rocks and enhancing ground clearance for all steering components
While most flip kits require a minimum of 3.0 in. of bump stop, the RockJock High Steer incorporates a dip in both the drag link and tie rod to optimize up travel potential, requiring only 2.2 in. of bump stop!
JK systems provide increased steering angles, offering an additional 10 percent to align with the stock steering angles of JL/JT models
CAD-based packaging using our forged, organically shaped trac bar and drag link prevents components from making premature contact with the frame, enabling greater upward travel than stock, even with lifts as low as 3 in.

Fits all listed vehicles below, granted they retain the width front differential, or any factory width aftermarket differential that features factory spec. inner C-knuckles.
JK Wrangler Unlimited (4-door) - All Models (upgrading to ram assist with D30 or D44 differential)
JK Wrangler (2-door) - All Models (upgrading to ram assist with D30 or D44 differential)
RJ-430000-101 Kit
- Kit is complete with Everything needed to do the job
- Designed for use on factory JK D30 and D44 axle housings
- Can be used on aftermarket axle housings with factory JK inner Cs
- Kit includes pair of knuckles, bolt-on Currectlync Steering System, trac bar relocation bracket with hydraulic ram-assist steering ram mounting provision, a corresponding forged chromoly tie-rod clamp, plus a JL/JT style forged chromoly organically shaped front trac bar
- JL/JT trac bar allows for maximum up travel potential and/or lower lift height requirements
- Kit is recommended for use with RockJock's RJ-107101-101 adjustable front bump stop kit to ensure maximum up-travel, as engineered

Knuckles (included)
Knuckles feature two adjustable steering stop locations (fore and aft of axle centerline) for full lock-to-lock adjustability which helps ease the strain on steering components at full lock
Allows for ALL factory outer components to be retained, including ball joints, unit bearings, outer axles, brakes and dust shields
RockJock's cast 65-45-12 ductile iron knuckles exceed OEM quality and strength
NOT a flip kit! Knuckles feature longer, raised steering arms that push the tie rod outward, away from the axle slightly, allowing for tighter steering angle over that of stock and 1 ton axles
RH Knuckle features a rearward tipping of the upper, tapered drag link mounting hole to help the rod end head clear 17 in. wheels (mandatory), with up to stock offset/backspacing of ET=44.45
Steering (included)
Drag Link is raised 2.75 in.
Tie Rod is raised 2.75 in.
Raising of steering rods puts them back to stock geometry after vehicle is lifted restoring factory steering geometry for improved drivability and overall road comfort on a lifted rig
Raising of steering rods puts them out of harm's way
Dip in tie rod and dip in drag link allow for maximum up travel, requiring only 2.2 in. of bump stop, as opposed to a 3.0 in. bump stop on most competitor kits
Vehicles already equipped with RockJock steering (with forged drag link) can reuse their steering
Trac Bar (included)
Use of the longer JL/JT Trac Bar allows for more up travel potential and/or lower lift height requirements
Forged trac bars provide maximum rigidity for added road stability and driving comfort
Bracket Kit (included)
Bracket kit relocates the trac bar mounting point up 2.75 in. for corrected front end geometry, improving stability, reducing body roll, and preventing bump steer
Hydraulic assist ram bracket kit requires trimming of the factory trac bar bracket on the axle housing and requires some minor welding
Bracket for hydraulic ram assist features a skid plate, incorporated into the bracket, to protect the ram from rock strikes
Optional Equipment
The use of RockJock's RJ-107100-101 adjustable bump stop kit is recommended for ease of achieving the up travel that these components are capable of, as engineered
Hydraulic Ram Assist Notes:
This kit is intended for use in conjunction with PSC's part number CAK691-RJ (UPC: 687927190273) ram and ram assist steering kits. This part number is an 8 in. travel ram with limiters installed to give it the ideal 7.375 in. stroke for the RockJock High Steer Kit, allowing it to achieve full potential (factory steering radius).

Diff Cover Notes:
With regards to differential cover clearance, this system was engineered around an OEM cover. Aftermarket diff covers may need to be clearanced to allow the stabilizer shock tie rod bracket to clear. However, be aware, some diff covers may not work at all
